- 2If there is a potential fit, Jonathan reaches out — If the practice and the timing seem like a good match, Jonathan will reach out to schedule a brief conversation — typically within a few business days.
- 3The conversation is exploratory, not a pitch — The goal of the first conversation is mutual understanding: what is happening in the practice, what feels most constrained, and whether an engagement makes sense.
