Factors that affect it include: number of practitioners, locations, offers, and client journeys; number of pages, messages, platforms, and integrations; copy and design needs; database condition; implementation depth; event frequency; and reporting complexity. Every engagement is scoped around the highest-value opportunities — not a fixed checklist.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. Larger engagements can often be structured through Flexible Investment Options across a series of scheduled payments rather than requiring the full investment upfront.  The appropriate structure depends on the size, duration, and scope of the engagement. Payment schedules are agreed upon before work begins and are documented clearly as part of the engagement agreement.  A flexible payment structure changes when the investment is paid — not the agreed scope or total investment.

What is quoted separately?

The following are quoted separately and are not included in standard engagement pricing unless explicitly stated in the proposal: full website redesign or development, brand identity, photography, video, paid advertising, software subscription fees, custom application or API development, large-scale content production, travel, and ongoing campaign management.

Sacred Marketing Systems cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes, search rankings, or booking volumes. What every engagement is designed around: clear priorities, measurable improvements, ethical implementation, and stronger business infrastructure. The goal is a practice that is easier to find, easier to book, and more likely to retain the clients it earns.

What does founder-led mean?

Jonathan personally leads the assessment, strategy, prioritization, and core direction of every engagement. Specialized support may be used when appropriate — for example, a developer for a specific technical integration — but the relationship is not passed to a junior account manager. Clients work with Jonathan directly throughout.

What is the Business Growth Audit?

The Business Growth Audit is a paid, founder-led business diagnosis. Jonathan personally reviews your website, Google visibility, offers, booking path, follow-up, retention, reviews, referrals, and growth opportunities — then delivers a prioritized written assessment and a 60–75 minute strategy session.  Pricing: $750 for solo practitioners. $1,250–$1,750 for studios, centers, or more complex businesses. Delivered in 7–10 business days.  The audit identifies what is needed. It does not obligate you to hire Sacred Marketing Systems afterward.

The Business Growth Audit is the recommended starting point for most practices. It gives you a clear, prioritized picture of what is constraining the practice before committing to a monthly build engagement. How long does a monthly build engagement last?

Accepted Answer

All three monthly build tiers — Focused Build, Growth Build, and Expansion Build — require a three-month minimum. This reflects the reality that marketing systems need to be built, launched, and then improved based on real-world use and measurement. One month is not enough time to build something meaningful and see how it performs.

Depending on the engagement, the work may include: local search visibility and Google Business Profile, booking path and offer clarity, lead capture and welcome nurture, appointment reminders and preparation, post-session follow-up and review requests, rebooking and winback flows, event promotion systems, membership and retention architecture, practitioner and service architecture, analytics and reporting, and team documentation. Scope is always determined by what will create the greatest meaningful expansion for the specific practice.

Paid advertising is not a core service. The focus is on organic visibility, owned channels, and retention systems — assets that compound over time rather than stopping when the spend stops.  If paid advertising is part of a broader strategy, it can be discussed as a separate scope item. It is not included in standard engagement pricing.

Does Sacred Marketing Systems manage social media?

Accepted Answer

Daily organic social media management is not a core service. The focus is on the systems that convert interest into bookings and bookings into long-term client relationships.  Social media strategy, content direction, and campaign-specific social content can be included in certain engagements when it is the highest-value priority.
